Exchanges & Returns

All items are made to order and, therefore, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless explicitly agreed upon by the shop owner. Please reach out to us if you experience any issues, and we will do our best to help you.

To be eligible for an approved return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at janinemagicdiy@gmail.com If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Janine Magic Creations. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Postal Delays

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to shipping delays. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is under the exclusive control of USPS.
