returns
Our return policy for shirts, tote bags, stickers, and tumblers addresses manufacturing errors and damaged products. If you experience any such issues, we provide a free replacement or refund if within 30 days for domestic orders, with photo evidence required. Returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind are generally not accepted.
For our ears, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was sent, which case, we will arrange an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items to Janine Magic Creations and for shipping the new item. Please note this policy does not cover order corrections or postal delays.

Shipping costs is free. Our processing time is currently 10-12 (business days) for ears, and 3-7 (business days) for other products. Once your package is with the chosen postal service, we cannot influence the scanning or shipping speed. Furthermore, we are not liable for any packages that are lost or sent to an incorrect address.
